{1} Early C19. Stucco, pilasters to upper floors. Tiled roof behind parapet. 3 storeys, bands at first floor and eaves levels. 2 sash windows, first floor cast iron balconettes, pair of canted bay windows to ground floor. Nos. 1 to 8 (consec) Leicester Terrace form a group.
