Farmhouse, now house. C17th or earlier, refenestrated late C19th. Coursed limestone rubble and squared coursed limestone, Collyweston stone slate roof, brick ridge and lateral stacks. Probable demolition of service buildings to rear, also included in the Listing.

Coursed limestone rubble and squared coursed limestone, Collyweston stone slate roof, brick ridge and lateral stacks. 2 storeys, 4-window range, cross passage plan. Ground floor has 2 tripartite sash windows, a C20 door in ashlar porch with 4-centred head, corbelled out slightly, and cornice, and C20 garage doors. First floor has 2 tripartite sash windows, a single sash window and a 3-light small-paned casement window. Stone and wooden lintels. Rear has ashlar gable with coping and moulded stone end stack.
