Summary
A late 18th century farmhouse with mid 19th century alterations situated on the north eastern side of Main Street, as the road heads south to Mill Street. The building is constructed of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with ashlar gable parapets and ashlar chimney stacks at each gable and at the centre left. The western facade has a three window range of three light casements to both floors with a door to the right of centre.

Full Description
{1} Shown as Yarwell Manor House on Ordnance Survey map. Farmhouse. Late C18 and mid C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. 5-window range of C19 and C20 casements under wood lintels. C20 door to right of centre is also under wood lintel. Large ashlar quoins. Ashlar gable parapets and remains of ashlar stacks at ridge and end. Mid C19 wing to rear. Interior not inspected but noted as having 2 open fireplaces with bressumers and ceiling beams. C1 room, to rear, is noted as having elliptically headed recesses flanking the fireplace.
{3} Windows have stop-chamfered wooden lintels. A mid 19th-century wing contains a parlour with elliptically headed recesses flanking the fireplace.
