Summary

A late 18th to early 19th century house with 19th to 20th century extensions to the rear located on the west side of Seaton Road. The house is constructed of squared coursed limestone with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with a brick chimney stack to the southern gable end. The east facing facade has a two window range of 19th century casements with two lights to the first floor and three lights to the ground floor flanking a central plank door under a wooden lintel.

Full Description

House. Late C18/early C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of C19 style casements under wood lintels. Central plank door under wood lintel. Brick stacks at ends. C19/C20 extensions to rear. Interior has remains of open fireplace with re-used bressumer.
