{8} A level 2 building recording survey was carried out ahead of and during programme of renovation.
{10} A brick vault (probably a water tank) was found during underpinning works. It was situated in the corner between the Grooms Cottage and the stable and is probably contemporary with or slightly later than the construction of the Grooms Cottage which was constructed between 1885 and 1899.
