Summary
A 17th century house located five metres north west of Park Farmhouse, on the southern side of the High Street. The building was altered during the late 18th century to early 19th century and extended during the 20th century. The house is constructed of squared coursed limestone and ashlar with a double pitch Collyweston slate roof with gable chimney stacks and protruding gable parapets. The street facade has a two window range of unhorned sashes to the first floor above a central door that is flanked by two canted bay windows.

Full Description
{1} House. C17, late C18/early C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally probably 2-unit plan, now L-shape. 2 storeys with attic. 2-window range of 8-paned, unhorned sash windows, with glazing bars, to first floor, have rendered surrounds with keyblocks. 2 canted bay windows with similar sashes, to ground floor. Central 6-panel door under wood lintel, with flat wooden hood. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stacks at ends. 2-unit C17 range, to rear, also a C20 extension. Interior not inspected but said to have an open fireplace.
{3} Two storeys, class 6b front range of the late 18th century with bay windows to ground floor and flush architraves to first-floor windows. Behind, a 17th-century single-storey and attics range survives from a previous building. At rear, 18th-century farm buildings.
{4} Shown on 1841 Enclosure Map, when it appears to be a much larger building, extending more than a further 20m westwards along the south side of High Street.
