Full Description
{1} House. Mid C18 and C19. Squared coursed limestone with C20 plain-tile roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys. Main front is a 5-window range. Central 6-panel door, with leaded fanlight, under gauged stone head and C19 flat wooden hood. Leaded cross windows under gauged stone heads. Hipped roof dormers with casement windows. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and ashlar stacks at ridge and end. C19 lean-to extension to right and early C19 two-storey extension to rear. Interior: C18 staircase with simple t rned balusters. Remains of open fireplace, with bressumer, in kitchen.
