Full Description
{1} Retaining walls to fish pond. Probably medieval origins, mainly late C17/early C18. Squared coursed limestone. Retaining 4 sides of rectangular pond. Probably adapted from medieval stewpond of Drayton House (q.v.). (Gardens included in HBMCE Register of Parks and Gardens at Grade I.)
