Full Description

{1} House. Mid C18. Squared coursed limestone with concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 3-window range of C20 casements in original openings under gauged stone heads. Central panelled door with fanlight also under gauged stone head has wooden panelled porch. Brick and stone stacks at ends. Rear elevation has stone porch with pediment, moulded stone cornice and C19 single-storey extension. Interior not inspected but noted as having staircase with stick balusters. Said to have open fireplace, now blocked. Datestone, now removed, said to be 1740.
