Full Description

{1} Dovecote now house. Datestone 1735 probably reset. Brick with slate roof. Originally one-unit plan. 2 storeys, 2-window range of narrow casements with diamond panes and flat brick arches. Central C19 ribbed door with 4-centred brick arch. Nesting boxes in gable between windows with datestone above and inscription below. "Where once did pigeons sport and fly you now may bake a pigeon pie". Gabled roof with gables on all 4 sides probably C19. Brick stacks at ridge and end. C19 one-room extension :> projecting 2-storey porch. Converted from dovecote to a bakehouse in C19.
