Coursed squared ironstone and coursed ironstone rubble, slate roof to East View Cottage to right, corrugated iron roof to Bank Cottage on left, and brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. East View Cottage has plank door in C20 porch flanked by 2-light casement windows, small 1-light window on far left. 3-light casement window to first floor on left, 2-light casement window to right. Bank Cottage has part-glazed plank door in conservatory porch with 3-ligh :> dow to left. 3-light casement window to first floor left, 2-light casement to right. All windows have timber lintels.
