Full Description

{1} Cottage. C17. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 3 bays. Doorway in left bay has window to right with wood lintel and moulded stone hood. Similar window in right bay. Small stone opening (boarded over) in centre. 2-light stone-mullioned windows in right bay and second bay from right on the first floor. C20 two-light casement window with wood lintel to left bay. Window with moulded stone surround and 2-light wood casement to first floor on right side. 4-pane window with wood lintel to attic. Large central stack and smaller stack to left. Interior: not inspected but noted as having chamfered spine beams and open fireplace.
