Full Description

{1} Cottage. Early C18, remodelled early C19. Left side, squared coursed ironstone; c.1810 rebuilt in brick front and rear, thatch roof, central brick stack. 2 storeys; 2 bays. Entrance in left bay has brick porch with thatch roof. Inner doorway has flat arched brick surround and 4-panel door. Two 3-light casement windows with flat arched brick surrounds to right. 3-light casement windows with wood lintels to first floor. Stone coped gable end to left, right gable end has tile coping. One storey C20 brick extension to right. Interior: stop-chamfered spine beam. Open fireplace (rebuilt).
