House, now office. Early C19. Stucco front to earlier stone building. Hipped Welsh-slate roof. Brick end stack. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Central recessed entrance has panelled door. A tripartite sash window to left and a sash to right. Glazing bars. Flat arches of Roman cement. 3 sash windows to first and second floors. Keystone surrounds. Flat bands to first and second floors. Plinth. Interior not inspected.
