Full Description

{1} House, now shop. One build with Nos.30 and 32A to left. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Painted brick. Slate roof. Brick end stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 2-window range. Alleyway entrance to left. C20 shop front and entrance. First floor has a blocked window and a tripartite sash with glazing bars. 2 similar smaller attic windows. Brick flat arches. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.

House, now 2 shops. One build with No.30 to right. C18 with C19 additions and C20 alterations. Red brick laid to Flemish bond. Slate roof. Brick ridge and end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 entrances. Panelled/glazed door to left. C20 door to right. Overlights. Shop front with glazing bars to left. Two tripartite sash windows to first floor have brick flat arches. 2 similar smaller attic windows. Brick dentilled eaves cornice. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.

{2}18th century building, 3 storeys. 19th century modern shop front. Included for group value.

{3} Late C18. Red brick, partly painted. 3 storeys, brick cornice to low pitched roof. 4 sash windows in reveals under flat arches. C19 and modern shop windows. Included for group value.
