{1} House, now offices. C18 with C20 alterations. Red brick laid to Flemish bond. Roughcast ground floor. Steeply pitched old tile roof. Brick ridge stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 2-window range. Central entrance has panelled/glazed door with overlight. Entrance is flanked by office windows. First floor has 2 tall sashes in flush wood frames. Glazing bars and brick flat arches. 2 flat roofed dormers. Brick dentilled eaves cornice. Interior not inspected. Original plan - built as No. 69 to right of Nos. 1 and 3 Sheaf Street.

{2}{3} C18. Red brick, tiled roof with 2 box dormers. 2 storeys and attics. Ground floor 3 light sash windows, 1st floor 2 single light sash windows all with glazing bars. Modern shop front with cornice on right. Colour washed roughcast to ground floor. Brick and moulded cornice.
