{1} House. One build with Nos.47 and 49 to right. Early C18. Red brick and glazed headers laid to Flemish bond. Renewed tile roof. Brick end and ridge stacks. Coped stone gables. 3-window range to Sheaf Street. L-plan. 3 storeys. Entrance to rear reached via segmental headed archway. Ground floor has 2 sashes in flush wood frames. Keyblock and brick heads. 3 similar windows to both first and attic floors. Rendered limestone plinth. Moulded wood eaves console. 2 storey range to rear. Interior not inspected.

{3} Early C18. Red brick, some pink headers, machine tiled roof. Stucco and stone plinth, moulded stone cornice. 23 storeys, 3 sash windows with glazing bars under keystones and flat arches. Segmental arch on impost blocks to wide passage on right.
