Full Description

{1} House. Reputedly c.1648 but mainly mid C18. Regular coursed limestone and ironstone with C20 plain-tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. Central C20 door under wood lintel has flat C19 hood. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stacks at ends. One-unit, one and a half storey extension to left has C20 door and window. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers. Gable to right has first-floor sash with glazing bars. Interior has some central ceiling beams and panelled window seat in room to left of entrance.
