House. Mid C18. Squared coursed lias with pantile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of C20 casements with leaded lights. Brick stacks at ends. Entrance in single-storey C20 extension to left. Rear has C19 casements under wood lintels and central entrance. Interior has chamfered ceiling beams, remains of an open fireplace with a bressumer and a dog-leg staircase. Said to have formed part of the adjacent workhouse at Nos.3 and 5 Sunnyside (q.v.). Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels. Central door now blocked. Ashlar gable parapets and brick stacks at ends. Late C19, one-unit, 2-storey extension to left is rendered and has C19 panelled door. C19/C20, one-unit, brick extension to right. Interior has spine beams.
