Full Description
Part shown as No.30 on Ordnance Survey Map. House. Mid C18. Regular coursed lias with stucco facade and slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic; 4-window range of leaded casements, some with original glass. Bay to left of centre breaks forward and has 6-panel door with fanlight and glazing bars under C19 wooden porch. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stacks at ridge and end. Interior has early C19 staircase with stick balustrade.
