Summary

House with datestone enscribed `TCB, 1732, TG'. It has two storeys plus attics and is built to a L-shaped plan. It is constructed from squared coursed limestone with a slate roof. To the front ground floor there is central 19th century door flanked by 19th century casement windows under wood lintels, to the left there is a cellar window with a moulded stone surround. To the first floor there is a three window range, the window to the left has been blocked. Attached to the rear wing there is a late 19th century two-storey extension.

Full Description

{1} House. Datestone TCB/1732/TG. Squared coursed lias with limestone plinth and slate roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys with attic. Main front of 3-window range, now 2, of C19 casements under wood lintels. Central C19 panelled door with glazed top light under wood lintel and flight of steps. Cellar window with moulded stone surround to left. Ashlar gable parapet and kneelers and brick stacks at ends. Interior not inspected. Rear is similar with projecting wing having a plank door under wood lintel. Late C19 extension of 2-storey, one-window, range to right.
