Building record 1995/6/1 - No.14 North Street (Manor Farmhouse)

{1} The plans show the internal layout of an early 18th century farmhouse. Much of what is on the plan is irrelevant information, but the floorplans and the elevations are of value.

{3} Farmhouse. Early C18. Regular coursed lias and ironstone with slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 3-window range of C20 casements in original openings under wood lintels. Central C20 door has C19 moulded wood surround with flat hood. Pair of gabled roof dormers. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stacks at ridge and end. C19 extension to rear. Interior not inspected.
