Building record 2882/6/2 - Pond Yard

A group of early 19th century buildings located on the south western side of Back Lane and Ketton Road. The buildings were probably built as two houses of coursed rubble with double pitch Collyweston slate roofs with gable end chimney stacks. The buildings originally formed an L plan but after 20th century additions the buildings are in a U plan around a central garden/courtyard. Both houses are single story with attic ranges lit by gabled dormer windows with casement windows under timber lintels to the ground floor.
