Full Description

{1} House. Mid C18, remodelled mid C19 for Pipewell Hall estate. Regular coursed limestone with concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range with C19 diamond panes with cast iron glazing bars, under wood lintels. Canted C20 door under wood lintel. Brick stack at end. C19 lean-to at rear. Interior not inspected but may have remains of open fireplace. Part of group of houses upgraded by Pipewell Hall estate in early C19. Included for group value.
