Full Description

{1}The mill was supplied with by a mill pond which also served as a fishpond, for which the earl retained fishpond, swans, poll, fishery and eels.

The Hospital was also empowered to deepen the mill pool but not lessen it to injure fish and the Earl retained the right to break the fishpond and catch the fish so long as he repaired the damage.
