Full Description

{1} The outbuildings to the manor house are on a north-south alignment and were constructed after a boundary wall fronting what is now known as Manor Road had been demolished. The buildings are detached from the main house and consist of three units. A basic kitchen is situated at the core, which was extended to the north and south. Two auxilary units have been added to the north of the range, one a utility shed and the other an external WC. To the north of the washroom is a small 'byre' or pigsty. The kitchen has a second floor. The building appears to be constructed from local limestone. The outbuildings belonging to the Mears Ashby manor house date to the latter part of the 18th century.
