Full Description
{2} The main part of the site is at the point where four hollow ways meet to form a staggered cross-roads. These hollow ways are between 1m-1.5m deep, except at the junction where they are up to 2.5m deep. The hollow way to the west extends towards the village [see Mon.1396/0/1], and passes the manor house sites and other settlement remains. Earthwork plan.
