Full Description

{1} Possible Roman wall (Morphed Aerial Archaeology Interpretation). Crop/soilmark: Unconfirmed overlay.

{2} At its eastern end, the southern town wall appears to be abutted awkwardly by a small rectilinear structure. It may be that this is an early stone building, demolished when the town defences were superimposed onto an earlier layout (Fig 4, B9).
