Full Description

{1} Roman urban settlement features (Morphed Aerial Archaeology Interpretation). Crop/soilmark: Good quality photography.

{2} In addition, several of the more complex structures in the centre of the town contain positive anomalies out of proportion to the negative signatures from the walls. This can be interpreted as evidence for possible hypocaust-heated floors in at least one of the two or three rooms (Fig 4, B2-B4).
