Full Description

{2} The edge of a west-east aligned ditch was exposed in trench 2. It was over a metre wide. In the fill was a rough line of limestone cobbles 400mm wide - these may have been a modern land drain set into the fill of the ditch. The ditch contained Romano-British pottery.
