Description
{1} A total of twelve 5mx5m trenches were excavated to inform a mitigation strategy ahead of the proposed development of a nine-hole golf course in an area of known crop marks. Archaeological features of Iron Age and Romano-British date survived, on average 310mm below the modern ground surface.
