Full Description
{2} A 3m wide ditch aligned northeast - southwest was revealed in trench 4. The western side of the feature contained a line of limestone cobbles - perhaps a modern land drain. A narrower gully 300mm wide ran from northwest to southeast. Pottery retrieved from this ditch was of Roman date.
