Full Description
{2} The cropmark traces of a curvilinear enclosure centred at SP 5020 4056 seen on aerial photographs taken by English Heritage in July 2006. The enclosure measures approximately 16m across and is defined by a single ditch. This site one of a group of rectilinear and sub-circular enclosures thought to be Iron Age or Roman in date were seen centred as a group at SP 5020 4050. This site was originally mapped and recorded during the Northamptonshire NMP project, (maps and records held at Northamptonshire HER).
