Full Description
{2} Surviving earthworks lie in a broad arc SW., S. and SE. of Manor Farm but, though clearly related to the village, these are not part of the settlement area. Immediately S. of the farm, in the valley of a stream (‘b’ on plan), are three rectangular fishponds. The upper, northern one is still filled with water and has traces of a drystone revetment on its W. side. It has probably been altered in post medieval times.
{3} Good earthworks at manor farm.
