Full Description

{2} At 'q' is a pair of embanked ponds and various irregular distuirbances of the ground connected with the natural drainage at this point. The ponds are not ancient; they appear on the 1947 REF vertical air photographs but were not there in the early C20th on the evidence of early Ordnance Survey mapping.
