Full Description
{1} NCCAP: SP8254/002-4+006+010-14.
{2} There are two linear ditches within the park which are in some way connected with landscaping or water supply. North-east of the site of the hall (marked 'h' on the earthwork plan) is a broad ditch, up to 1.5m deep, and exactly straight, which cuts across the hillsode in a westerly direction and overlies earlier ridge and furrow; its date and function are unknown.
