Monument record 478/2/1 - Possible Post Medieval Parkland Building (Morphed Aerial Archaeology Interpretation)

Crop/soilmark: Good quality photography

{1} Rectangular foundations are reported on aerial photos by the Rector and Mr Butcher of Daventry.

{2} An internal building/enclosure shown on aerial photographs.

{3} Earthworks; the Ordnance Survey claims the feature is a result of modern quarrying.

{4} A building within an enclosure is shown on aerial photos. A possible entrance is shown with ditched trackway running from the centre to the north side, and internal features are also visible. NCCAP:SP5657/001+4-5.

{5} Large quantities of post medieval roof tiles cover the interior of the feature.
