Full Description
{2} Identified as probable archaeology during the geophysical survey;
{3} A ditch that formed part of the southern side of a large enclosure partially revealed by both geophysical survey and as cropmarks identified on historic aerial photographs was sampled during trial trench excavation. It measured 2.6m wide and 1.5m deep with steeply sloping uneven sides. It contained a series of interleaved deposits formed as a result of silting and edge collapse, many displaying signs of being laid down under wet conditions
