Full Description

{1} Earthwork bank is possibly the medieval boundary of Bearshank Wood. Fieldwork by D.N.Hall in 1982.

{2} Bank and ditch earthwork observed. (RFP Rapid Survey?)

{3} The northern boundary continues to the north-west and is interpreted as the boundary bank of Lyveden Park, created in 1540, against bearshank rather than a true Bearshank boundary.
