Full Description

{1} Brickyard lying between Oxford Canal & railway line; derelict by 1923.

{2} This yard was situated north of the Aynho to Deddington road, between the Oxford Canal and the Great Western Railway. The clay appears to have been dug in seven regularly spaced pits to the north of the station. There was also a limekiln on the site. Known operating dates 1887-1900. Derelict in 1923.
