Full Description

{1] In 1849 Thomas and Abraham Burton were working a yard here as well as carrying on business as builders and farmers. The site appears to have been operated from at least 1877 to 1889 by Robert Bodley. A small yard with a single kiln, it had disappeared by 1900 and was planted as a spinney.
