Full Description

{1} 1 sherd of Potterspury ware, 6 sherds of red earthenware and 58 sherds of C18th/19th pottery. Only 2 sherds of medieval pottery were recovered. This is consistent with the low-density spreads of pottery that might be encountered within the arable fields at this period. Certainly they do not suggest close proximity to settlement.
