Full Description

{1} This site comprises a row of single-storey workshops at the rear of terraced houses. They are separated from the rear garden of the houses by a communal alley. The workshops are in semi-detached pairs, each with an entrance and window facing onto the alley. The windows have two opening lights set above a fixed light. Some of the original plank doors survive. Each workshop has a fireplace on the party wall enabling a single stack to carry both flues in each pair.
