Monument record 4732/0/13 - Possible C18th/C19th Boundary Ditch

{1} In the centre part of trench 2, a ditch which had not been detected by geophysical survey. It contained a fill of mid orange-brown silty clay. No dating was present from the fill.

{2} At the north of the site was a north-west to south-east aligned ditch, 3.08m wide x 0.76m deep with a wide U-shaped profile. This ditch may have been a boundary ditch running parallel to the trackway from Hartwell to Elms Farm.
