Full Description

{1} Three features were seen close to each other:
A possible drain was aligned south west to north east and was 3.5m wide. Its sides sloped at 45-55 degrees. The feature was cut intot he natural but was sealed by topsoil, suggesting a more recent date.
A land drain was aligned south west to north east. The pipe was 120mm dia and was cut into the natural.
A shallow gully was aligned east to west and was 400mm wide.
It is thought that the features are part of the recorded cropmarks in the area.
