{2} Emporium Arcade was built in 1901 by Mosley & Scrivener. A grand archway decorated with Doulton's tiles led to an engagingly off-centre octagonal space with a glass dome. Replaced in 1972 as part of the Grosvenor Centre development.
{3} The Emporium Arcade was on north side of Market Square, demolished by 1967.
