Full Description

{1} The series of broad striations running roughly north-west to south-east are the responses to cultivation practices, probably ridge and furrow ploughing. It covered the entire site.

{2} The ridge and furrow runs roughly east to west within this field parcel, and still survived as earthworks in 1981. See Fig.34.

{3} Still survived as earthworks in 1992.
