Full Description
{1} Nos. 39 and 41 High Street was formerly a farmhouse occupied at the time of the award by Stephen Gurden who had inherited it from his father William together with a considerable amount of land. His allotment was the second largest in the village and included the 11 acres of Deanshanger Greens, and he further enlarged it by purchasing the lands allotted to Paul Dayrell and Edward Bloxham.
