Full Description

{1} A large rectangular enclosure called The Green is shown on Hatton's 1587 survey. It appears to have been formed from the enlargement of a former enclosure (shown in 1580) also called The Green.

{2} Sketch plan shows possible south-eastern corner of levelled are for The Green.
