{2} 'Big Waters' was in existence by 1741.

{4}{5} Brown also designed lakes at Fawsley in 1763. [HER note 20/02/2014: there is a known discrepancy between the dates when Brown is documented as having worked on the lakes at Fawsley (1763) and the earlier mapping evidence (1741).]
